Oral Examination Certificate (Dentist) for Pre-Pre-K, Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th grades.

Copy of Social Security Card (for internal matters of the institution).

2 Passport-sized Photos (2 x 2).

Credit Transcript

Letter of No Debt from the current school.

Letter of Recommendation from the current school.

Entrance Exam (determined by the school)

Psychometric Assessment (only for new students, Kindergarten and 1st grade).

Registration Cancellation and Refund

If the withdrawal occurs within the next five days, the parent will be entitled to a partial refund of the registration fee. $350.00 will be retained for pre-registration. The total registration fee is non-refundable after five days of the student being enrolled.
